Jennifer is an experienced attorney with a background in life science who serves as Executive Vice President of External Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Emergent BioSolutions.
Jennifer honed her legal expertise in pharma and biotechnology law for more than a decade at GlaxoSmithKline and at intellectual property law firm Brinks, Gilson & Leone. She holds a master’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from The University of Toledo and a JD from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
